Difficult stories will make you think, and probably think again, before solving them. Puzzles will be tricky, and mysteries will ask the player to put together many different clues. Solutions will not always be obvious even when you have all the information. Difficult adventures may give you limited resources to accomplish tasks, and it will be possible to fail.
